Giovanni's Secrets  Of course we can't give away all our secrets but we'll let you in on a few.
Classic Thin Crispy Crust
The crust is where it all begins. If you're looking for thick, chewy, hard to bake just right crust.... you're in the wrong place.  We are a delicious Thin & Crispy crust designed to bake up crispy. Our pizzas are about 30% crust and 70% toppings! Usually those numbers are flipped around with other companies. If you like loads of toppings & cheese and crispy crust...read on! 

Sauce

The very best ingredients We use generous portions of our unique and bold Giovanni's Pizza Sauce.  No other frozen pizza tastes quite like Giovanni's! We believe our sauce recipe is the key to the unique taste only found in Giovanni's Frozen Pizza.  Some say it's spicy, others say it's got a little attitude but one thing they can all agree on... It's gotta be the sauce! Try some for yourself and you'll agree, you won't believe it's frozen pizza!

No whimping out here! We're all about toppings. Our one of a kind Italian Sausage is award winning. Our pepperoni is sliced fresh right off the stick. We prep our veggies on the spot so they're as fresh as they can be... Just ask our produce suppliers..... If it's not fresh, we're sending it back!Cheese  
Of course we finish up with the best cheese blend in the business, our special blend of Mozzarella, Provolone, & a bit of Cheddar. All of our cheese is shredded from the whole blocks just minutes before it hits your pizza so you know it's as fresh as it can be.Go get a Giovanni's frozen Pizza today!  It'll change the way you look at pizza.

Cooking Tips
We believe our pizzas taste best when they are cooked until they are nice and golden brown. It's best to bake them right on the middle rack.  Mrs. Thorson gets a little upset sometimes if the cheese drips over.. so check it a few times and pull the cheese back up with a utensil.  If you use a pan underneath your crust will be chewy not crispy.  We prefer to bake them directly on the rack.  Let it get good and brown on top.. some parts might even look a little too brown but that means it's ready!    Cut it up the way you like.. The ladies in the lunchroom here like it cut in traditional pie slices... the guys love it in squares.  either way you slice it.... get some quick, it won't be around long.
